RIP Ms Anne Namishia.

85 years young. What an inspiration you were.

Heart of gold. Outspoken. Strong and beautiful.

Anne was a Charter member of Somerville Chapter 2090 and served as the Chapter's first Recorder in 1997. She earned her Academy of Friendship Degree and was conferred in March 1999. She held the Recorder position again for a second year and was conferred with her Star Recorder Degree in May of 2000. Anne was elected Senior Regent in May 1999 and earned the title of Past Regent at the end of her term as Jr Graduate Regent in 2001. She was Star Recorder Chairman in 2001 and 2002.

After a couple of years, Anne's membership expired. However, her son Keith Namishia became a member of the Lodge and convinced his mother to return which she did in September 2021.

Anne was appointed as Chapter 2090 Membership Chairman in July 2022. She also served on the Lodge Membership Committee and the Marketing Grant Proposal Committee. She was an active participant on a Chapter dinner team.

Anne was very active since her return to the Moose Lodge. She was at the Marketing Grant Proposal Committee meeting on Wednesday night where she shared great ideas as usual.

Anne loved to shoot pool and play Scorzo. She could add up the points on the scorecard faster than any of us!

Anne will be missed tremendously. A one of a kind lady.
